Organisation Description

We are a Brighton & Hove based grassroots charity promoting the rights for people with learning disabilities and/or autism to lead full active lives through music, cultural and sporting activities.
Covering 3 main areas, Gig Buddies and Sports Buddies – Volunteer befriending that relieves socially isolated people with learning disabilities, matching them with a volunteer who shares the same music, cultural interests or sporting activities as they do.
Licensing – Supporting organisations to replicate our projects.
Campaigning nationally – Connecting with local authorities and support organisations to end inflexible support systems that impose bedtimes, and other restrictions on adults with learning disabilities.

What are they looking for?

CRM - Salesforce support – Review current platform, customise and enhance structure and train team Salesforce has been installed for some time at Stay Up Late, however it is underutilised and some of the customisation needs changing and expanding. We need someone with experiance to review what is currently set-up and expand use, to make us more efficient using this platform. This will include setting up a bid (sales) pipeline and reporting, including financial reporting. The database is around 1000 records and mainly used for individuals we work with. I have an IT background and used different CRMs previously but not Salesforce so need someone with a good solid background to help. Our office is based in Hove, around one hour from London and ideally an initial visit from a Pro Bono support person would be ideal, but a lot of the work would be remote. Team training could be face to face or remote. We are a very warm, fun and friendly team and there is always cake!
