Organisation Description

Together Productions builds community and positive social change through the arts. We work with marginalised groups including refugees, asylum seekers, survivors of torture, the elderly and those facing mental health challenges.

Our mission is to enable people who may otherwise never meet to unite through the arts to sing, learn, create, nurture new communities and make a difference together.

Our ongoing creative programmes provide opportunities to build friendships, develop skills and confidence, enhance wellbeing and nurture positive social change. Our performance and events programme supports groundbreaking community choirs, composition projects and events. Our learning programme includes exploring untold migration histories with school students as well as arts leadership development with a focus on mental health and wellbeing.

What are they looking for?

We are seeking 2 volunteers: We are seeking support with Strategy and Business Planning. Over the next three years, we hope to secure ongoing core funding and to undergo a period of consolidation to achieve a sustainable future. We are in the process of applying to become a charity as part of our transition to becoming more sustainable. We are seeking senior strategic advice from a volunteer with experience of business or charity development to help us plan and effect out this change. We are also seeking support with Marketing and Communications. We are a small team and, currently, our digital presence and reach is not what it could be. We would welcome advice and support with developing our communications, including our website, social media, newsletters and marketing.
